Terms of service

tnbusiness lets a merchant open and run an online shop (“storefront”) — their own catalogue, their own brand colours and domain, cash-on-delivery built in — and lets shoppers buy from those shops. These terms cover the dashboard merchants use, the storefronts shoppers buy from, and the sign-in service both go through. We take zero commission on what a shop sells; the plans described at sign-up are a flat subscription for using the platform, not a cut of sales.

Signing in is only possible with a Google account — there are no passwords to manage or reset. You are responsible for whatever Google account you sign in with. A merchant account and a shopper account are separate things even for the same person (see the privacy policy); these terms apply to both, in whichever role you’re acting.

• The accuracy of their own shop: product descriptions, prices, stock, and whether what they sell is legal to sell in Tunisia. tnbusiness provides the shop; it does not vet what goes in it.
• Fulfilling orders placed at their shop — packing, shipping, and working with the courier they choose. Cash collected on delivery is collected by the courier, not by tnbusiness.
• Their own subscription payments, on the schedule and terms shown in their billing page. A lapsed subscription can suspend a shop’s storefront.
• Using the TikTok Live phone-collection tool only for their own outreach to people who commented on their own stream — not for anything else, and respecting a request to stop contacting someone.

• Browsing and buying guest checkout, with no account required.
• An account, if they choose to sign in, is a shortcut (saved address, order history, faster checkout) — never required to buy.
• Orders, pricing and delivery are the responsibility of the specific shop a purchase was made at — tnbusiness provides the platform the shop runs on, not the goods themselves.

Either kind of account can request deletion from inside the account. The request is not instant: your data is erased 15 days after you submit it, and you can cancel before then. A merchant’s request closes every shop they still own at the same time — see the privacy policy for exactly what happens to orders and shop data when that occurs.

The platform is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we don’t promise it will never go down, and we are not a party to the sale between a shop and its shoppers — disputes about an order, a product, or a delivery are between the shopper and the shop they bought from.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll say so on this page before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the change.
